Missed having a daily make-up and cleaning service in the room to ensure a conducive environment for work during the convention.

The One-bedroom Apartments at Park Plaza Victoria London are a dream for extended-stay guests like myself. The practical benefits of a kitchenette make me feel at home, and the spacious bedroom with air conditioning and flat-screen TV is like an oasis in the big city.

In most everything, it was convenient, with many eating places around the hotel, making it easy to find a bite to eat. the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast service was poor, with staff not maintaining the buffet, and used dishes left uncollected.

I couldn't have asked for a better location. This place was close to everything and anything I needed, including public transportation and famous landmarks within a short walk. Friendly staff, modern & spacious rooms with air conditioning and electric curtains, well worth it breakfast in a paper bag, comfortable beds, nice location very close to Victoria bus station. The in-house restaurant serves nice Italian food.

Close to tourist sites, great shopping, nice restaurant and bar. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Helpful staff. National Portrait Gallery and Tate Modern are must-visits.

Oh, and let's not forget the high level of dust and lack of coffee pods in the room. Hilarious.

I keep coming back for the exceptional service and cold drink on arrival. The hotel has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to a fitness studio and 24-hour room service. It's perfect for my city breaks.

The air conditioning was broken on arrival, but the staff quickly got an engineer to fix it. They were extremely helpful and made me feel like part of the family at the hotel.
